San Francisco


The Embarcadero is accessible via a 20-minute drive or a quick BART ride. For BART, we recommend taking the 12th St. Oakland City Center stop (which is conveniently located right in front of the Oakland Marriott City Center) to the San Francisco Embarcadero station. In addition, you can head to Jack London Square and hop on the San Francisco Bay Ferry for a quick and beautiful scenic ride on the bay.

Chase Center & Oracle Park


Looking to catch the Golden State Warriors, San Francisco Giants or a live performance? Make sure to take advantage of all the transportation methods mentioned above and avoid traffic. Getting to Chase Center and Oracle Park from Oakland is quick and easy!

Levi's Stadium


Levi's Stadium is a 55-minute drive from Oakland, offering access to San Francisco 49ers football games as well as top live performances. The Capitol Corridor operated by AMTRAK is a nice train ride that takes you right to Levi's Stadium! Silicon Valley


The heart of Silicon Valley is a 50-minute drive from Oakland, convenient for tech professionals and business travelers. There are many different ways you can take advantage of public transportation. Again, the Capitol Corridor operated by AMTRAK is a great way to head down the Silicon Valley.

Sacramento


The state capital is a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Oakland, allowing for a perfect day trip. We recommend traveling via the Capitol Corridor operated by AMTRAK - their station is right next to the state capital.

Napa Valley's wineries and vineyards are a scenic 40-minute drive from Oakland, offering a wine country escape. To best enjoy the scenic route, we recommend renting a vehicle.

San Francisco Premium Outlets


Located in Livermore, the San Francisco Premium Outlets are a 35-minute drive from Oakland, providing access to shopping opportunities. With so many options for transportation, we recommend taking BART. Take the train to the Dublin/Pleasanton station, from there you can find many buses that take you directly to the San Francisco Premium Outlets.
