To celebrate, Visit Oakland is giving you the chance to win one of three trips to Oakland to experience our diverse community, artistic vibe, beautiful scenery, locally owned shops, civic pride, and award winning multi-cultural cuisine. With an ideal location – winners of the Ultimate Oakland Experience Giveaway will travel to Oakland by plane, train, or automobile.

FEATURED PRIZES:

FIRST PLACE: Two (2) roundtrip tickets on Southwest Airlines to Oakland, CA, three (3) nights at the Claremont Resort & Club (one room, double occupancy) and $1,200 gift card to experience Oakland.

SECOND PLACE: Two (2) roundtrip AMTRAK tickets to Oakland, CA, two (2) nights at the Kissel Uptown Oakland (one room, double occupancy) and $700 gift card to experience Oakland.

THIRD PLACE: A one (1) night stay at the Oakland Marriott City Center (one room, double occupancy)  and $350 gift card to experience Oakland.

The Ultimate Oakland Experience Experience Giveaway runs from 12:00 PM Thursday, November 6, 2025 through 2:00 PM Monday, December 1, 2025. Visit Oakland will select three (3) winners at random. The winners will be notified by Visit Oakland via email and announced on social media on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. Reservations will be required for hotel stays when applicable. Blackout dates may apply. All prizes are non-transferrable. Hotel stays and electronic dining certificates are valid through April 2025. Electronic certificates are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Limit one (1) entry per person.
