Warehouse 416 is a space where artists and entrepreneurs grow their talents and their businesses. Every first Friday in conjunction with Oakland Art Murmur, Warehouse 416 opens a new art show featuring the talents of artists in the community and in house tenants. It is complete with 3 office spaces, 3 work spaces, a conference room, and an indoor courtyard gallery. In the main courtyard of Warehouse 416 is a rotating Gallery.
