Nile Hall The large assembly hall, built in 1911, has a 30-foot high ceiling, two walls of windows and fine Arts & Crafts detailing. The stage area is offset with pillars and a comfortable foyer provides a reception and registration area. Gardens surround the building providing a harmonious “break” environment. Sound system, internet access, screens, DVD/VCR, & flip charts are available. MEETING CAPACITY: 50 Conference; 200 Theater; 120 Classroom Ginn House Parlor Rooms The Ginn House features two delightfully light and airy parlors in a 1890’s mansion – perfect for a getaway from the modern office building environment. Internet access, screens, DVD/VCR, & flip charts are available. MEETING CAPACITY: Small Parlor: 14 Conference; 16 Theater; 12 Classroom Large Parlor: 30 Conference; 80 Theater; 33 Classroom Robinson Classrooms Two classrooms, outfitted with projection screens and wallboards for attaching worksheets, are on the ground floor of one of Preservation Park’s beautiful 11th Century Victorian homes. A kitchenette is located between the two rooms and gardens surround the building. The rooms are perfect for round table, small trainings and as break-out rooms for the larger rooms in the Park.DVD/VCR & flipcharts are available. MEETING CAPACITY: Classroom A: 24 Conference; 40 Theater; 24 Classroom Classroom B: 24 Conference; 50 Theater; 30 Classroom AVAILABILITY: Weekdays, all rooms are booked twice a day, 8am to 5pm and 6pm to 11pm. On Saturdays and Sundays, the Ginn and Nile are booked from 8am to 3pm and 5pm to 11pm. Robinson Classrooms may be booked 8am-5pm, on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on wedding/event scheduling.
