Our cookies are unlike the ones you've had at Chinese restaurants. Years of food additives have changed the way we eat, but our fortune cookies are still made with the original recipe and methods from 1950's.
The result? A deliciously crunchy fortune cookie better than the ones you've had before.
OUR HISTORY
As the oldest Fortune Cookie maker in the Bay Area, we're one of the very last places in America that still make all our fortune cookies entirely by hand.
By combining modern flavors and century-old techniques, our mission is to preserve generations of history and re-define what a fortune cookie can look or taste like.
Tours are currently only available for K-12 Schools & Youth Programs. Please Schedule in Advance.
Requirements:
Minimum Group Size - 15 people Admission $4.00 per person Available hours are between 10-3pm
Tours are roughly 20 minutes. Includes a detailed tour about the history of the factory, how fortune cookies were made. Group maximum is 17 people per round, so if you have 30 individuals, it'll be split into 2 groups. We ask each person wears a mask.
