Founded in 2013, Crumble & Whisk Pâtisserie is recognized by many as the premier cheesecake bakery in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a trained chef with an exceptional palate for pairing flavors as well as an artist’s eye for aesthetics, Chef Charles Farriér’s cheesecakes are often referred to as “works of art” by his clientele.

If you do not choose either of these items, your specified pickup date will not be logged, and an automatically calculated date will be applied to the order.

About Charles Farriér
Charles Farriér has had a lifelong passion for the culinary arts. Drawing inspiration from his father who taught him basic cooking and baking techniques as he grew up, Charles began to hone his own skills and often surprised his family with his remarkable creations.
After attending culinary school, Charles started to fulfill his dreams as a chef on an international cruise ship and gained more experience at top-tier bay area restaurants. His true calling, however, was pastry — and in particular, cheesecakes. After receiving enthusiastic accolades for his cheesecakes from many friends and colleagues, he decided to open his own business — and launched Crumble and Whisk. He sought professional business guidance from the highly acclaimed culinary incubator La Cocina in San Francisco. After his business officially opened, he was welcomed into the prestigious San Francisco Ferry Building Farmers Market, where news and popularity of his delicious cheesecakes spread amongst the thousands who attend each week.
Charles’s business acumen, creative agility, and sheer determination are the driving forces behind the success of Crumble and Whisk. Despite the unsettling news of a global pandemic in the early months of 2020, Charles faced the hardships it imposed with true grit. During the initial days of the quarantine, he quickly realized that many residents in his community needed a source for healthy, wholesome meals. He started a delivery service for a new line of home-style meals that could be warmed up. The meals are now available for pick up at the farmers market in addition to cheesecakes and other fresh baked goods.Back To Top
