Bakery El Sol is a small Mexican family bakery located in Oakland’s Fruitvale district, across the street from Fruitvale BART. The family has made a name for themselves by baking some of Oakland’s favorite pan dulce, Pastel Tres Leches and other baked goods including cheesecakes, pastries, breads, cookies, donuts and even fresh juice.
