For the third year in a row, Visit Oakland is excited to present Oakland Style, an annual five-day series of events taking place October 8-12, 2025!

This year, Oakland Style includes an amazing art competition, a mixology and music event, art walks, fashion shows, interactive workshops, culinary celebrations, a very creative collaboration with our Oakland chefs and Oakland School for the Arts – and so much more!

Oakland Style Events

Art Clash

Bay Area Mural Program (BAMP) brings together rising star artists as they create art right before your eyes. Guests will also experience works in progress from talented Bay Area artists. All of the amazing art will be auctioned off with proceeds benefiting BAMP.

Mixology Competition

Presented by Coramino

Join twelve of Oakland’s top mixologists from The Town’s hottest restaurants and bars as they compete to create their version of an Oakland Style cocktail made with Coramino tequila.

Enjoy an evening filled with sips, bites, music mixed by DJ Christie, dancing and so much fun. MC'd by Liam Mayclem - Bay Area Foodie Chap.

High Tea and High Style

Preview the latest designs from some of Oakland’s top stylemakers; including award-winning jewelry designer Dorian Webb, fashion designer Lesley Evers and men’s fashion designer and style icon – Lee Rickie. Get your tickets and shop at the stylish pop-up boutique for exquisitely designed pieces.

Claremont Resort & Club sets the stage for this intimate event with its rich 19th-century history and breathtaking views from the Oakland Hills. High Tea & High Style will take place on Friday, October 10, 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Cuisine and Couture

Join the talented students from Oakland School for the Arts (OSA) as they present their innovative designs inspired by the cuisine and culture of Oakland’s diverse culinary scene. Eleven Chefs from the #1 Best Food City in the U.S. have teamed up with OSA students for this incredible, creative event.
