Bittersweet Cafe and Bakery, originally Bittersweet Café, has been serving chocolates and treats for over 17 years, and under the current owner for 5 years. We're a community driven business that cares deeply about our customers, and will continue to serve all through the pandemic.

Lise Dale is a professional baker, barista, and café owner from New Mexico. She has spent the last 20 years in the bAYA Area, and continues to make it her home.
