Since 2011, brothers and co-founders Ari and Andrew Cohen have been making delicious, creamy, flavorful cashew milk ice cream, featuring local, organic, and natural ingredients (their ice cream is free of dairy, gluten, and soy, plus no fillers, additives, preservatives, gums, or oils).

The texture is smooth and rich and silky, with fantastic seasonal and classic flavors like chocolate cookie crumble, lemon creme, fresh strawberry, and golden spice (with turmeric and a bunch of spices) for the golden milk lovers! You can get a cone, but a sundae is the move since they have vegan caramel and hot fudge. There are also bonbons, ice cream sandwiches (with vegan cookies), and mini dippers (similar to a chocolate-coated Its-It).

Whether you’re vegan or not, the ice cream here is so good—try the matcha, it has a little coconut milk in it.
