Farmer owner Aomboon Deasy of K & J Orchards and Chef Alan Hsu have teamed up to open up a restaurant in Oakland, California.
The food will be driven by the seasonal offerings from her farm as well as other purveyors in the region. Our menu will allow us to source directly from fellow farmers that both Chef Alan and Aomboon have procured over the years. We hope to highlight the many ingredients that are harvested in the fertile soils of California.
Our goal is to have you leave feeling as if you just stepped out of the orchards!
