Taylor Smalls is a contemporary palette knife painter based in Oakland, California. Her work studies the kaleidoscopic depth of black and brown skin through the layering of highly pigmented colors. It celebrates the endless nuances of melanated womxn by amplifying and exaggerating the underlying tones in colored skins that are often depicted dulled down or neglected, much like the people who inhabit them.

Taylor Jay is the vision and pulse behind the company. A bay area native, Taylor Jay has worked in the fashion industry for over 12 years. As a high school graduate and aspiring stylist, Taylor moved to Los Angeles where she studied fashion merchandising at the California School of fashion design. Mistah F.A.B., is an Oakland rapper, songwriter, entrepreneur, community organizer and activist. F.A.B.'s music career began in the late 1990s and quickly gained prominence in the San Francisco Bay Area's hyphy movement. F.A.B. is known as one of the most prominent and colorful figures of the hyphy scene since the late 2000s. F.A.B. is an accredited multi-platinum songwriter and record producer, who has collaborated with major acts such as Snoop Dogg, Too $hort, E-40, and many more.
F.A.B.'s community activism and philanthropic efforts have also been highly visible throughout the years. Most notably, he hosts and organizes annual Thanksgiving turkey giveaways, backpack and school supply drives, holiday toys event and various charitable events benefiting Cancer and Domestic Violence and many other events throughout The Town.
