Seasonal fish marinated in lime juice with red onion, cilantro and habanero.

NORTENA EMPANADA

Sweet corn, cilantro.

ENSALADA LIMENA

Organic spring mix, palmito, cherry tomato, choclo, queso fresco, passion vinaigrette.

LOMO SALTADO

Beef tenderloin, red onions, tomatoes, tambo lomo sauce, homemade french fries, rice.

CHAUFA DE POLLO

Stir fried rice, chicken, egg, green onions, bean sprouts, soy sauce, oyster sauce.

SECO DE CORDERO

Lamb leg marinated in “chicha de jora”, cilantro, aji panca, carrots and peas. Served with peruvian beans and rice.
