At Sobo Ramen, we take pride in the tradition of boiling pork bones for 24 hours to create our Tonkotsu soup. In addition to the pork bones, we also add garlic, onion, ginger, and other special ingredients to our broth. The long cooking process results in a flavorful and creamy texture soup that is sure to satisfy your taste buds.
We are committed to sourcing most of our ingredients from local farmers. From meat to chicken and eggs, to produce…Our noodles are fresh-made in-house and every ingredient is uniquely paired with each soup. We offer something for everyone, including a vegan-friendly ramen, and spicy chili noodle.
