Known for their Filipino-street-food-meets-Mexican-taqueria-mash-up dishes served on their food trucks and at brick-and-mortar locations on both sides of the Bay, the Señor Sisig team has launched an all-vegan version of their popular menu, slinging sisig tacos, burritos, nachos, fries, even their famed (and stoner-approved) crunch-a-dilla.
They use a marinated and char-grilled soy protein to make their pork sisig, chicken sisig, longanisa chorizo, and tocino—their pork sisig tacos are big and messy and even a meat-lover will admit they’re really good. The outdoor parklet is pretty spare, with just some stools and an awkward ledge, but at least you’re not dripping everything all over your car.
