Started by the team behind NIDO and NIDO’s BackYard, this project is dedicated to sharing knowledge and supporting responsible agave farmers and their families. Odin focuses on Mezcal education while crafting dishes that highlight Mexico’s finest natural ingredients. All our tortillas and salsas are made in-house, using ingredients sourced from local farmers.
