First Course
Fresh Corn & Shrimp Cream Soup
Sweet summer corn simmered into a silky cream soup with tender shrimp, finished with delicate herbs for a rich yet balanced start.
Prince Edward Island Mussels
Fresh PEI mussels gently steamed in a fragrant lemon-Pernod butter broth, bright with citrus and aromatic fennel notes. Served with warm bread for dipping.
Second CourseClaypot Salmon
Fresh salmon simmered in a sizzling claypot with chilies, ginger, and sweet onions in a savory soy sauce. Served over our signature green rice, allowing the flavors to mingle and develop in the traditional claypot style.
Third CourseOrange Crème Brûlée
Silky vanilla custard baked inside a real orange, finished with a delicate caramelized sugar crust and bright citrus aroma.
