Lounge Chinatown is a 2,000 square feet “night-market” style restaurant with karaoke entertainment. It will serve Chinese and Taiwanese cuisine.

The foodies can customize their meals, dictating everything from the way the ingredients are cooked—grilled, slow cooked, deep fried—to the sauce flavor and spice level. The menu will also offer lunch and dinner sets.

Lounge Chinatown is operated by Johnny Chang, the former owner of Dragon Gate, a popular Taiwanese grill and bar near Jack London Square.
