Taco/Fruitvale Walking Tour
Welcome to Oakland, a city infamous for side shows, Black Panthers and our vast selection of Taco Trucks! Join our walking food tour and learn about the best taco spots (including restaurants and taco trucks) and the history of the bustling Fruitvale District. Yes, taco trucks fill the city, but if you haven't ventured into the illustrious streets of east Oakland, then you haven't tasted the best!
Taco/Fruitvale Walking Tour can be booked on evenings and weekends from 4:00 PM and beyond, by appointment. Tour can accommodate between 2-12 guests. Price ranges between $75-$150, depending on the tour.
Black Foodie Tour
Join us as we combine our love for the rich history and foods of Oakland, CA through a lens of the Black experience! As the center for the "Black Renaissance of the West" in the 1960's and 70's, Oakland used to be considered an epicenter for the Black experience in the United States. Join this hybrid walking-mobile tour as we explore Black history, culture, food, politics, society and more!
