For sandwich lovers, try The Bourdain, featuring fried mortadella, provolone, Fresno stone-ground mustard, kewpie mayo, and bread & butter pickles on a burger bun, or The Goodfella, packed with pesto, tomato, mortadella, soppressata, burrata, arugula, pickled peppers, and goathorn pepper compote, finished with balsamic glaze.
Pasta fans will love the Shrimp Pappardelle, tossed in a spicy cream sauce with jumbo shrimp, micro cilantro, toasted breadcrumbs, and lemon zest, served with a side of garlic bread.
For heartier mains, enjoy a classic Chicken Parmesan, featuring a breaded chicken cutlet smothered in tomato sauce, pesto, burrata, parmigiano reggiano, basil, and EVOO, topped with burnt lemon. Or try the Chashu Pork Belly Congee, a comforting bowl of ginger congee with chashu pork belly, a fried egg, chili crisp, green onion, and Thai basil.
Looking for small bites? Try the Mushroom Tostada, loaded with sautéed wild mushrooms, kewpie mayo, chili crisp, pickled onions, fried shallots, and bullsblood, or the Ahi Tuna Poke Tostada, featuring poke-style ahi tuna, spicy mayo, furikake, and scallions.
For something fresh, the Spring Salad offers a vibrant mix of arugula, fennel, rainbow carrots, dill, labneh, dukkah, raspberries, and a pomegranate vinaigrette.
