Oakland Art Murmur community partners Dragon School 99 created this self-guided Mural Tour of Oakland’s Chinatown district. Dragon School is a 501(c)3 organization that provides youth and artists a unique place to experiment with street-art and public murals, and they created 99 murals in Chinatown.
