Showcasing seasonally fresh, ingredient-driven regional Italian cuisine. The menu includes antipasti and pasta dishes such as Piatto della Casa, a housemade assortment of smoked duck, lamb prosciutto and rabbit terrine as well as Casonsei, a rustic ravioli from Bergamo filled with pork and housemade sausage with a brown butter and guanciale. All the fresh pasta is made in-house. For dessert, diners can enjoy Bünet, a Piemontese chocolate custard made with amaretto cookie with a light caramel sauce
