Nestled in Oakland's Downtown Area in the historical Black Arts Movement Business District, CoCo Noir Wine Shop & Bar is the perfect gathering spot to enjoy wines, tapas bites, and live music.

At CoCo Noir, we partner with local winemakers ,beermakers, chefs, and artists to make an amazing social experience. We have the largest selection of wines, beers, champagne, and non-alcoholic beverages produced and owned by BIPOC, POC, Women, LGBTQAI+ and small family owned entrepreneurs.

In addition to wine tasting and bistro experience, we operate as wine retail shop and event space.
