Chocolate Obsession
Since 2006, Bisou has been making chocolate from the bean & fine tuning our craft of chocolate making. We offer boutique chocolate bars in seven styles ranging from 50% to 100% with cocoa that is sustainably sourced & grown. Each batch of chocolate is a blend of the finest ingredients possible with a focus on single origin batches that highlight cacao from select regions and unique flavor profiles.
As a micro manufacturer our exclusive chocolate is limited with additional offerings of the freshest dairy free and vegan chocolate concoctions that you can find at our Farmers’ Markets every week like our specialty hand rolled truffles, chocolate haystacks, chocolate covered California nuts and raisins plus chocolate dipped California fruits.
Fresh Roasted Cacao Nibs
Incredibly nutritionally dense and packed with antioxidants, cacao is a superfood that can nourish your soul and preserve tropical rainforests, In the morning on your oatmeal, blended with smoothies, or sprinkled on cut grapefruit cocoa nibs are a crunchy, nutty source of vitamins, minerals, and pure energy. Added to cookies or brownies they bring a texture and flavor that take it to the next level. For a delicious beverage, steep in hot water for ten minutes or blend with coffee before brewing, it will yield a stimulating light amber liquid that tastes like chocolate tea.
