Bird & Buffalo presents a journey through two distinct regions of Thailand — the North and the South — through the concept of ขันโตก (Khan Tok), a traditional tray that brings together a variety of dishes, meant to be shared, explored, and enjoyed together.
Our Magic Mountain Tray highlights northern flavors with Sai Oua pork sausage, Nam Prik Noom roasted green chili dip, Yum Moo Yaw steamed pork sausage salad, and Hang Lay pork rib curry.
Our Hat Yai Tray brings southern Thai influences with Tod Mun fish cakes, Khana Kai (Chinese kale with scrambled egg), Kua Kling Gai, and Moo Hong (braised pork belly).
Both trays come with jasmine rice and tapioca & taro coconut cream pudding, priced at $45 per tray.
