About
Let's paint some birds! From their feathers to their dinosaur feet, these creatures are just begging to be painted. We will create one or two detailed studies of these little feathered friends over the course of two sessions. Some watercolor experience is required - we won't go over basics so you must have a working knowledge of the medium.
Dates: Saturdays, March 22nd & March 29th
Time: 9am-11am *we will start on time, please be prompt.* Two hours pass quickly, please only register for this class if you know you'll be able to attend the sessions on time.
Location: Temescal Works, 490 43rd St. Oakland - located on Telegraph and 43rd St. in Temescal, near MacArthur BART. Street parking is plentiful. This is a beautiful co-working space that is comfortable and accessible. It has a secure entrance so late students will have to request special entry.
Details: The format of this class will start with a detailed painting demonstration by Sophie, followed by work time and individual consultations. Bring your own supplies or purchase a kit from Sophie's shop.
