The Bonsai Garden at Lake Merritt will be celebrating its 25th anniversary on Saturday, November 9th, from 1:00 to 3:30 PM, as the permanent home for historic and legacy bonsai trees and suiseki viewing stones, one of the many jewels of "Oaktown." Sonoma County Taiko will perform. Oakland City Officials, Japanese American communities and the public are invited. Free admission.
