THE ART OF SNEAKERS is an unprecedented exhibit running October 11th-13th showcasing sneaker culture’s dynamic impact on fashion and society. The first show of its kind emphasizing customized kicks and sustainability, you’ll be inspired by world-class designs, learn hands-on techniques for unleashing your creativity, and interact with top artists from Oakland and beyond.

Produced by SoleSpace Lab, THE ART OF SNEAKERS features works by 15 top creators in this rapidly growing field of fashion. Be sure to join us Friday night for a very special Opening Reception and conversation with top customizer Vicky Vuong, co-host of the Apple podcast "Best Foot Forward" - tix and info here. 

Saturday and Sunday from 12-6pm the show is free and open to the public. Kick things off at noon Saturday with a welcome by the General Manager of the WNBA Valkyries - and former pro player - Ohemaa Nyanin.
