Hammond Organ Party! is an inexplicably rare encounter between a soul-drenched singer and a prodigious B-3 practitioner. Loose and limber, moving and grooving, this project feels like a Saturday night celebration, with Rose and her top-shelf cast romping through rare jazz standards, originals, blues and R&B classics. Led by jazz organist Wayne De La Cruz, guitarist Danny Caron and drummer Mark Lee, this group is ready to Party!

Singer, songwriter, vocalist, educator, Pamela Rose has been performing locally and internationally for many years. With 7 recordings to her name, she also loves being a member of the vocal faculty at the California Jazz Conservatory in Berkeley. For the past 10 years, Rose has been part of touring multimedia shows Blues is a Woman and Wild Women of Song: Great Gal Composers of the Jazz Era. But Bay Area fans also know that Rose’s enduring passion for the swinging and soulful sounds of the Hammond B-3 organ have often paired her with B-3 wizard Wayne De La Cruz.
