OACC's Lunchtime Taichi sessions are now available on Zoom! Stream it live right to a device near you with our Taichi instructors Chuck Siu and William Dere every Thursday from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

The beginner session from 12:00 - 1:00 pm is led by Chuck Siu — Perfect for those who are unfamiliar with Taichi forms or just want to take it slow.

The intermediate session from 1:00 - 2:00 pm is led by William Dere — Great for those who are familiar with forms and stances. .
