This community-wide mural is created in real time under the artistic direction of Bay Area Mural Project (BAMP). The 7 ft x 6 ft mural's theme is Oakland Style – a celebration of art, fashion, music, cuisine and culture found only in The Town.
BAMP will provide art supplies and canvas and Pomella will provide the outdoor art space, but the Oakland community is needed to create the mural! No experience necessary. Come and spend as much time as you like contributing to the mural. Nourish yourself at Pomella and bring your inner artist to the canvas for a one-of-a-kind creative experience.

Located on Piedmont Avenue, Pomella is an Israeli deli and eatery offering takeout, delivery and indoor/outdoor seating.
