EAST OAKLAND FUTURES FEST is back for its 4th year in a row!
Tickets are FREE and Open to ALL Ages!
When: Saturday, June 7th, 11-6pm
Where: 90th Ave, from Holly St → Birch St, Oakland CA
Who: Open to ALL ages and people, East Oakland residents especially!
East Oakland Futures Fest is an Afrofuturist-themed block party, celebrating East Oakland as it exists today and envisioning a thriving future for the black community. Follow us on Instagram or Visit our website for more information.
The festival will feature local food, art, tech, culture, and fun — including but not limited to:
Live DJ + performances all day
Kid-friendly activities, from a bouncy house to face painting
Ride out with your scraper bikes
Free resources, such as groceries and books
Local vendors, artists, and small businesses
The festival will also be divided into 8 Zones, which highlight important pillars within East Oakland:

2. Building Prosperity
3. Health & Healing
4. Transportation & Mobility
5. Arts & Culture
6. Education
7. Food Sovereignty
8. Power in Place
