Enjoy ice cold pints, themed cocktail specials (inspired by the game of the day), and get into the games with this high-spirited soccer crowd. Lukas Taproom (2221 Broadway) Lukas in Uptown Oakland is all about the burgers, beer and ballgames. During the World Cup, there will be multiple ways to see the games: on the big screen in the lounge, the four televisions in the bar, and two televisions in the back room.
